What advice would you give to someone wanting to join the tech industry?

Don’t be afraid to get out of your comfort zone, be open-minded and keep learning every day. Additionally, and this also applies to life in general, reach out to both help and get help when needed because that’s the best way for all of us to grow. Stay kind and in touch with your values.

Which of our values (G.R.I.T. – Get Shit Done, Refuse to Settle, Improve Every Day, Team is Everything) do you relate to most?

All of them are relatable, but the one I relate to the most is “improve every day”—this is a great mantra for both work and life because improving little by little compounds into bigger changes. If you keep improving, then you get things done, you never settle, and you help others.

What is one food you cannot resist?

I can’t say no to garlic bread—life is too short!
