A distinguished technology and innovation expert, Snow brings years of experience leading cutting-edge technology initiatives for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), where she has excelled in driving transformative solutions in AI, cybersecurity, and advanced communications.

As the former Chief Technology Officer for AFWERX and CIO of SOFWERX, Snow managed critical technology initiatives for the U.S. Special Operations Command. In addition to ongoing projects with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Social Mobile’s participation in a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) project reflects its commitment to pioneering technology that serves both commercial and defense applications. Social Mobile was selected by the U.S. Air Force to design and build a 5G mobile solution to support the specific needs of the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) through a handheld and chest-mountable device that leverages Android Enterprise. Snow’s insight will be instrumental in guiding these efforts and in shaping new solutions that align with the DoD’s strategic needs.
